SMDC Annual Recital

Dear Parents,

This is our 5TH year working with a company called TutuTix to make it easier for you to purchase recital tickets. Gone are the days of coming down to the studio, waiting in line, and spending your valuable time purchasing tickets. Ticket prices will be:
VIP RESERVED SEATING - (ROWS A-G) $24.00 + FEE(S)
PREMIERE RESERVED SEATING - (ROWS H-L_ $22.00 + FEE(S)
RESERVED SEATING - (ROWS M-X) $20.00 + FEE(S)

Note that you will need a credit or debit card to but tickets, and that tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. So buy early to get better seats! TutuTix charges a low, fare fee for their service. You'll see their $1 per ticket fee, plus 5% processing charge added to your order at checkout.

You'll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered. You can have it emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser, or even add it to your Apple Passbook (if you the latest iPhone software) at no charge! Or, you can choose to have TutuTix mail you foil-embossed keepsake ticket for an additional fee - with your dancer's name printed directly on the ticket!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS TO THE CORRECT SHOW:

11:00AM - Twinkle Stars, Mini Showstars, Showstars, Super Showstars, and MINI COMPANY (all dances) as well as Company Production and sampling of Petite, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Elite Company Dances. 

3:30PM - Dance Company Concert - ALL Petite, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Elite Company group dances as well as graduating Senior Specialties and select specialties.

FAQs

Q. Is there a MINIMUM number of tickets I must purchase? A maximum number of tickets I can purchase?

A. You are not required to purchase a minimum number of tickets. Please purchase what your family needs. You can purchase up to 10 tickets in a single transaction, however, you can go back and purchase as many tickets as you'd like!

Q. Does my dancer need a ticket?

A. Mothers and SMDC Dancers do not need a ticket. Mothers will be provided a wristband to get them into the DRESSING ROOMS and THEATER (to watch your child's performance on stage). After your child has performed her dance, please meet your dancer at the stage door. If it is their last dance, you may proceed to the BALCONY SECTION RESERVED FOR DANCERS AND MOTHERS). When it is time for the finale, our staff will come find the dancers and bring them backstage.

Q. Can you help me order my tickets?

A. Yes, we can help you order online (if you need the help). We will only be able to provide you with the BEST AVAILABLE seats.

Q. Do siblings need a ticket?

A. If they are 2 years old or over, they will need their own seat (per fire code). Children under the age of 2 are welcome to sit on your lap.

Q. If I purchase my tickets in person, can I avoid the ticket fee service fee?

A. No, this fee will be included whether you purchase ONLINE, BY PHONE, or IN PERSON the day of the show. These fee(s) are set by the ticketing software company, and we use the most affordable option out of companies that can handle our number of orders.
